Hi! I woukd like to know if I can still pay forgotten SSS bill. I am OFW, I tried to pay 9 months(April to December 2018) unpaid last year but the Exchange Bank here in Qatar did not accept it. So I paid only from January to March 2019. 

How? if it is possible.
