Good day,

I have a SSS online account but i forgot my userID and password unfortunately. My contact number also is longer activated .and also my email address i forgot  

May i request that my contact number be replaced to my new number (09674917451) that i used. And also can i change my email address in to [johnadralas34@gmail.com]
