Good Day Sir/Ma'am,

This is Mark Angelo Oller, a member of SSS wants to ask for your assistance regarding my file dated 02.22.2021 Calamity Loan with Transaction Number: CLMW6882021022272107. Received an email from SSS informing that my Calamity Loan was certified by my current employer dated 02.23.2021 then received a text from SSS dated 02.24.2021 informing me that it was approved but then upon checking on my GCASH there's no amount credited. 

Please for your prompt assistance and checking in this matter.

Your request

You asked for SSS Calamity Loan was approve but no amount credited in enrolled GCASH.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information by accessing your My.SSS account in the SSS website. An email regarding the status of your enrolment has also been sent to your registered email address. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
