Good day,

I am creating a SSS Online Account but I can’t go thru because I don’t know what mobile number I register on SSS.


May I request that my current mobile number now may be register so I can create my SSS Online Account.

Here are my details relevant to this purpose:

Date of birth: May 24, 1977

SSS/CRN number: 02-1575208-8

Mobile Number: 09084556625

I've also attached two copies of my valid ID as proof of my identity.
