Good afternoon, I have a concern regarding with the registration to the portal of the SSS. 
The content of the email that I received keeps on indicating that the name/and or date of birth does not match my SSS records. 
Where in I have already changed the year of my birthday from 1944 to 1942 and it was already changed said by the staff in the SSS. I would like to know further steps on how can I successfully register in the portal. Thank you. Have a great day ahead.
