Hi

May iba pa bang means para macontact si SSS without calling or emailing them to onlineserviceassistance.sss.gov.ph since wala po nasagot ilang months na. Until now po kasi may isa kaming staff na may SSS Maternity  na nareleasan na namin ng benefits pero nadenied due to gender is male. Nagfile na siya ng online twice pero wala pading remarks kaya nagpasa siya ng forms thru transmittal pero maghahalfy a year na wala pading balita. Ano pong gagawin namin since may nilabas kaming pera ng companypero si SSS hindi naman nagpoprovide update. Please help us po

She already filed it twice online and also provide birth certificate and E4 via walk-in but until now, no update from SSS. 
She tried to walk-in again two times to SSS but she was just given an email address where she can follow up but no response has been made.
We emailed  the same email which is the onlineserviceassistance and member relations but they haven’t replied to any of our emails. 

Staff mentioned above has filed as SSS Maternity to us way back FEB 2020 and we had an advanced released of her maternity amounting to Php 24,000+ Forms was transmitted March 2020 for reimbursement. Staff resigned last July 2020 but we was just informed by SSS last May 10, 2021 that her SSS Maternity was denied due to ‘Gender is Male’ . It took almost a year for us before we got an update from SSS despite of continuous follow ups. 

What should we do about this if SSS online is not coordinating both on employee and us? She is already separated to us so its really hard for us to coordinate with her. We already ask for help on our partnered SSS branch but they just gave the same email that haven't made a response. We advanced the staff a big amount and as an employer, we need to reimbursed it.  


This is a serious matter and hope you can help us on this
I can't disclose the name of the staff since I'm still waiting for your reply.

Wala nga nagrereply po eh and hindi naman pinapasok sa loob yung staff lagi na lang sabi iwait online pero wala padin action. Nagask na din kami sa mismong  SSS  directly as employer pero binigay lang din ulit yung email na hindi naman nagrereply. Kanina po po kami magfofollwo up if ganun yung actions ninyo
