Dear Sir/Madam,

I, Charlyn B. Araja, with SSS Number: 04-2779849-0 has made a payment last January 18, 2024 at around 6:00 PM for my SSS Contribution for the month of October to December 2023 (OFW employed - with the amount of PHP 1, 120 per month). The PRN generated OA241629962890 was paid via GCASH thru the SSS mobile app amounting to a total of PHP 3, 376 including the transaction fee. The GCASH payment reference number was 336424562. 

The aforementioned payment was not posted. I am requesting regards this matter
