Hi, I would like to follow up or inquire about the releasing of my UMID Card. I was informed that it would only take 3 months and that's even long enough. It's more than 3 months already and there seems to be no progress at all and even no update about it. 

I tried checking the status of the UMID in SSS website but no information was helpful.
