My name is FERDINAND MARCO B. LARENA, SSS #: 33-8989881-7

I am currently living with my family and working abroad as an OFW from 2014-present.

With my situation living outside Philippines, it is very difficult for me to process government documents.

In lieu with this, I would like to REQUEST A COPY OF MY DETAILED SSS CONTRIBUTION FROM 2007-2013 WHEN I WAS STILL AN EMPLOYEE OF ADAMSON UNIVERSITY.
