Hi I would like to follow up on my application for CLAP.

1. I noticed that newer applicants has been granted and given their loans but some or maybe more from previous dates of application of CLAP are still waiting for their loans.

2. NO ONE answers our queries thru email even if we are following it up and your numbers are not reacheable or always busy. So how do we contact you? Your branches (maybe not all branches) doesn't entertain members that doesn't fall within the scheduled days for members' ending SSS numbers when we try to walk-in.
