Greetings,
  I would like to request of temporary user i.d and password to log in to my.sss portal. I been tried to register my self on my.sss portal but I did not succeed, because I have no copy of any record or information that already linked to my sss member data account, such as mobile number,Prn,umid, etc. for reason that my online registration with my.sss was not a success. however I have a copy of my registration form E1 indicating ss number and my personal details.
