Good day! I hope all is well with you.

I would like to request for my personal information logged in SSS database. I am planning on registering my SSS account through the MySSS website. However, I needed to input my registration preference, one of which if my registered mobile number. However, I was not able to update this information and I have totally forgotten the mobile number I registered previously.

Further, one of the registration preferences is to input my employer's Employer ID Number. Is it possible to request for such?

Kindly advise on the process.
