Hi I would to request follow up on SSSDeath Claim Application filed last Nov. 4, 2021 at SSS Cainta branch. Document was received by Mr. Sandee and indicated in the stub that pension will be credited on my account after 2 to 3 months. But as I check thru text the said Death claim is still pending.
