I'm doing two research projects that will use this data:
(1) We are trying to understand the financing flows from the national-level to LGUs for social services and social security. I'm going to attach this data to a municipal-/city-level data set that will also have data on financing from PhilHealth, DSWD, etc. to analyze descriptive statistics on how much money flows into LGUs from central line agencies.
(2) We are attempting to build models that can predict whether a child will get vaccinated or not. SSS disbursements is a good proxy variable for employment/retirement and social services in an LGU. We believe this data can thus be a good candidate predictor in our model.
Hope this is sufficient.
Thank you!
