Good day, SSS!
I am writting you this letter to kindly follow up the death claim of my grandmother from my late grandfather's pension.

My grandfather's name is SERGIO MABITAD MARIANO (SSS # 09-0085064-8) and my grandmother is MARIA LERIN MARIANO.

We have already processed this since August of 2022 and up until now, she's still waiting for it. She was given a word that it'll take around 3 months but it has already been 9 months and still, there's nothing.

We would like to kindly follow up this matter.
