I'd like to inquire whether my sickness benefit was already settled on September 5, 2022. According to the SSS website, it will be credited to my disbursement bank account within 5 banking days. However, it has been more than 5 banking days since the settlement and it has still not been credited to my disbursement account.

Your right to request a review
