Dear SSS Team,

It has been several months already since my COVID 19 infection. Our company has followed up consistently on your process/system for reimbursement and yet it was a failure. We cannot proceed with our ECC cash assistance application because of the reimbursement that was not yet processed by your agency. kindly follow through with the request.
