I would like to follow up on the issues I have escalated to SSS regarding the following:

1. Employment History
> In my SSS online account, it shows that I am still connected with my previous employer even when my current employer has already reported my employment with them to SSS.

2. Monthly Contribution for January 2021
> My January 2021 was not posted but my January WISP was posted. What's going on?
