Hi,

I have been searching how can I file for SSS Sickness Benefits and EC Cash Assistance. I already have answers for SSS Sickness Benefits. I have acquired approved SSS Sickness Notification by submitting SIC-01252 form to SSS. Im having a hard time knowing what the EC is pertaining about the EC Voucher. I already have submitted Form SIC-01252. Do I still need to submit Form B300 to SSS to acquire the EC Voucher? It seems that these infos are not available anywhere.

I would really appreciate you answering my query.
