Hello Sir/Ma'am,

Good morning, Just wan to follow up my claims. Application was already submitted by my employer last July 27, 2022 however the status until now is "for medical evaluation". How long sir/ma'am is the medical evaluation processing time.  (Its more than 31 working days)
Please advise.
