Purpose: Correction of Posted Contribution in SSS Records

I would like to seek assistance in correcting the posted amounts in the SSS records since Jan 2021. Since the implementation of SSS 2021 Contribution table, the monthly posting in the SSS app and website are incorrect. The WISP wasn't added on these months. I have text notifications how much the monthly it was paid by my previous employer and me from Jan 2021 to May 2022. I called my previous employer and confirmed that they are paying my SSS contributions correctly based on the 2021 and 2022 SSS Contribution table.

Please see attached files for your reference. 

I have text notifications how much the monthly it was paid by my previous employer and me from Jan 2021 to Jul 2021 and they are matched and according to the 2021 SSS Contribution table. But, the text notifications stopped until Jul 2021 posting and no more notifications received after.

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may view your monthly contributions at your My.SSS account through the SSS website at www.sss.gov.ph. You may find your WISP contributions in a different tab as it does not count as your monthly contribution, hence, an additional savings to help you prepare for your retirement. For other details and concerns, you may visit and register in our uSSSap Tayo CRMS Portal at https://crms.sss.gov.ph/

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
