Hi I would like to request from your office the following details regarding the proceeds of my calamity loan approved last July 16, 2020.
1. How many days the loan proceeds debited to the Enrolled Bank Account.
2. Why until now the proceed of my calamity loan was not yet credited to my  Enrolled Bank account which was Development Bank of The Philippines.
