Hi, I am trying to apply for a two month salary loan and I already added my gcash account as a disbursement account it was approved but when I try to go back in the apply for salary loan tab, it still requires me to add a disbursement account even if I already have one. Hope you can help me out with this. Thank you

You asked for Gcash Disbursement account has been added and approved but I still cannot apply for a salary loan.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information by accessing your My.SSS account in the SSS website. An email has also been sent to your registered email address. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
