I, Nelson Apiag Ozon, with SSS Number:  06-3546404-0 has made a payment last December 28, 2023 at around 02:47 PM for my SS Contribution of the month of November 2023. The PRN generated VL231605819938 was paid via GCASH thru the SSS mobile app amounting to a total including transaction fee of Php 778.00. The GCASH payment reference number was 805432693. 

The aforementioned payment was not posted. I am requesting that my payment be posted in my SSS Contribution for November 2023
