I made an application for calamity loan due to my family badly need financial assistance., it's been 3 weeks now and counting I haven't receive my check yet.. I was told that my check was delivered to post-office and waiting to be picked up and with in 10 working days I will be able to get my check and that was last information I got from July 2 over the phone. So I went to sss Pasig and they mentioned that all calamity loan check is pending and they don't have the reason why? There's reason whi I filed loan assistance and we want to receive it as urgent as we need it.. Do something... Please.

Please be informed that due to strict community quarantine restrictions during the time of your query, loan checks were delivered later than usual. Should you have other concerns with the SSS, please send your query through htttps://crms.sss.gov.ph or visit the nearest SSS branch. You may also reach the SSS through phone at 1455 or email at member_relations@sss.gov.ph. You may retrieve information regarding your loan by accessing your My.SSS account on the SSS website.


Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter.
