Good day! I would like to know the turnaround time on when will I able to receive my claims of sickness benefit due to Covid-19. Here's my SSS No. 33-8422451-2.
I filed and submitted the required docs at SSS Diliman Branch dated August 31, 2021 thru dropbox. Moreover, I also sent an email on the same date regarding my application of claim in the following email address : diliman_pec@sss.gov.ph, member_relations@sss.gov.ph and rioseg@sss.gov.ph. 
However, until now, I did not receive any text message or response acknowledging my submission.
