Hi,

I would like to follow up on my calamity loan that I applied last 6/26 got a text messaged coming from SSS that it was approved already same day. I checked on my SSS account it was shown that the checked date was last 7/3 with Loan Application Status stated Check Generated but until now I haven't receive my check and it's been more than a month already. I keep on sending emails to SSS but they just replied once and after that nothing. Please enlighten me regarding this. Thank you.
