I would like to follow up on the disbursement of my salary loan approved on February 2, 2021, with Transaction Number: SLMW6132021020290181.

I already contacted SSS Tanay Branch and according to them, it was already released last February 3, 2021, with Voucher Number LG210202BNK0093.00001, and they instructed me to follow up on my bank. Upon checking with my bank, they said that they don't have any pending transaction from SSS for my account.
