Hi,

Requesting for follow-up on my SSS EC-Sickness & EC-Sickness Benefits claim. It's been a month now and it's still on "For Medical Evaluation" status. Other people I know got theirs already in just 3 weeks. How come it took so long for mine to be updated? I need an assistance/feedback regarding this.
