Hi SSS,

I received the check from SSS for my Salary loan just before the government implemented the lockdown. I haven't deposited/encashed my check due to extended community quarantine. Now, it's staled already. 

My employer is already deducting monthly amortization for loan payment. 

Will I receive replacement  check? Please provide guidelines on what to do in cases like this.

Your right to request a review
