Good evening! 

I would like to follow up on my SS Sickness Benefit. My employer has already sent a request for disbursement online,  said that it was "approved" but I have not received the stated amount yet, and I have not received any advanced payment from my employer either, although it was already tagged as "settled" in your site. I have followed up with our HR department countless times but the response was always negative.

May I request for a contact person so I can directly follow them up with this. I am from CDO. Your prompt response is much appreciated.

Your right to request a review
