Hi 

I would like to request a status of my salary loan application. Its been 3 weeks since I haven't heard any updates for my application.  I filed the loan last June 14, 2020 and been granted and approved June 15, 2020 as per Email sent by SSS. However when I check the status on SSS mobile app it says salary loan is submitted. I'm quite confuse of whats goin on.
