I would like to know, what are the requirement for Filing my sickness.
Is there a maximum limit of days, for the SSS assistance / claim.
Do I have to personally go to SSS branch to file it.
If in case, I also file for ECC cash assistance, thus that mean will not have a claim for SSS sickness benefits.
Your immediate response to my concerns, will be highly appreciated.
