Hi. I would like to inquire about my undelivered UMID card. My name is Jemarie Geron. It was supposed to be made and delivered last June 2018. My colleagues recieved theirs but mine wasn't delivered. I tried to check if it was surrendered in our municipality's post office (cainta) but it wasn't there. Could you please assist me on this. Thank you so much.
