Hi Sir/Madam,
This is to follow up regarding my LOAN APPLICATION STATUS. My loan application was submitted dated 01-22-2021and was already certified by my employer. It was in APPROVED status last Jan. 25, 2021. Per my knowledge, it will only take 3-5 working days to process from the approval date. Unfortunately until now it hasn't been credited to my enrolled disbursement account. It's been too long. I already emailed SSS several times but no reply at all. And tried to call SSS hotlines but lines were busy. Can you please advise me asap when it will be credited to my bank account? Please I need your assistance/response on this matter as soon as possible. Thank you.
