Pls correct my online account record.
My employment record is incorrect. It was correct yesterday but when I checked today, the current employer has been changed. 
You put VXI as my current employer. I have  resigned from VXI 2 years ago. 
Please update it as I am having a problem doing online transactions. Thank you.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information by accessing your My.SSS account in the SSS website. You may make online changes or you may also set an appointment with your nearest SSS branch. 

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
