Good Day!

My mother JELLY V. CONSUELO, spouse of deceased TEODORO C. CONSUELO, a member of SSS with no. 05-0134128-4. She receives  survivorship pensions when my father passed away in 2009.

On June 28, 2019, my mother and I went to SSS Tabaco Branch to inquire why her pension was cut off. We filled up form as per advice in order to restore her pension but we informed that we are going to wait until August. My mother did not received her pension in June, July and now is August almost 3 mos. Why we wait too much for this? Pensioners need it for maintenance meds and sustain their living.
