To whom it may concern,

Good Day!

I would like to request if you can update my profile in your website, as I can't register my SSS account. I have been trying to register since March 21,2021, and now that I'm employed, I still can't register in my.SSS. My contributions were texted to me via mobile phone. I want to login and register on the web, please help me. Thank you.

I already emailed at online.serviceassistance@sss.gov.ph many times, and already sent a birth certificate in nearest SSS branch in my home.

Still, my issue haven't resolve. I would gladly appreciated if you help me. Thank you.

My employer recently passed the r1a form to the sss. The message regarding contributions were fixed but the message regarding my current membership status we'rent. 

Please help me.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response.
