I would like to follow up the progress of filed SSS Sickness Benefit Claims with reference number SNEW8822023121114555 thru my employer.

Hi SSS, 

Good day.

The first filed claim with reference number SNEW8822023121114555 was rejected last 	01/05/2024 due to incomplete documents submitted by my employer.

The same day of 01/05/2024, I have notified my employer about claim rejection and they have re-filed via online and can confirm it has been upload with complete documents, including the Hospital / Medical Abstract / Discharge Summary.

The new reference number is SNEW0672024010512082 and currently of status FOR MEDICAL EVALUATION.
