Greetings!

I would like to inquire regarding my cheque in SSS. I applied my CLAP last June 23, 2020, then I received a text from SSS that my CLAP loan done approved. But until now I did not receive the said cheque. Please help me to get information about my CLAP Loan Cheque.

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve information regarding your loan by accessing your My.SSS account on the SSS website. The details of your loan can be found under the "Inquiry" tab.

For other SSS concerns, please send your query through https://crms.sss.gov.ph or visit the nearest SSS branch. You may also reach the SSS through phone at 1455 or email at member_relations@sss.gov.ph.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response.
