Greetings!

May I ask your assistance regarding my unposted full payment of my SSS salary loan since 2013.  The full payment was made thru my former employer University of Perpetual Help System-Dalta Calamba, and they have submitted all the documents required by SSS for this concern, but unfortunately no positive results were made. 
 
Since 2013, I was deprived of availing benefits in SSS as member like loans, and might affect my pension in the future.

Hoping for your positive response.  Thank you.

To know the status of your loan, you may visit and register in our My.SSS Portal at www.sss.gov.ph.

For other details and concerns, you may visit and register in our uSSSap Tayo CRMS Portal at https://crms.sss.gov.ph.

Tried to connect to the recommended channel but failed.  May I respectfully ask your assistance to check the said full payment and incurred interest due to non-payment.  This interest was based on the unposted payment.
