Hi I just want to ask why SSS emails and social media platforms are off to sending inquiries! Why fixing our problem takes long time especially to OFW. Posted of contribution before are real time but now when i paid my contribution last Aug 30 2023 it is still not posted! Your USSAP tayo platform are a mess I cant even send an inquiry, calling your hotline as well is a big mess! Even you have representative in other country they always tell us to wait! Is this the service that you can offer to the FILIPINOS! Especially we are OFW! Please fix your platforms!
