Hi, 
I would need update for my SSS Calamity loan filed on Dec 8, 2020 and was approved on Dec 9, 2020. I had uploaded the copy of my ATM screenshot on Dec 25, 2020 and up to date no amount was distributed on the said ATM nor do I received an email indicating the amount was available on my card. 

Please provide and update. Thank you.
