I have filed my Salary Loan last September 5, 2022 and it was granted already on September 7, 2022. It says that the disbursement will only take 3-5 business days. I waited for it and up til now the money was not credited to the registered bank account. I sent an Email to the members relation Email of SSS and surprisingly they are not responding and what a useless Email support. So what will happen now? When will the money be credited?

One more thing, with regards to the replacement of my UMID ID. I requested for replacement last October 2021 and luckily the replacement is not yet on my hand.
