Good afternoon,

I am humbly requesting for financial assistance bc I am positive of covid on September 15 and started and finish my quarantine on Sep 16 - 30. I'm just a probationary employee and don't have sick leave to cover up my absences and I don't have salary for the coming cut off. I also borrowed money for my swab test that's is I don't have remaining money for my budget until the next cut off.
