Hi, 

Please have my loan record be deleted. The check already expired and I was not able to encash it because the name on the check was misspelled.  Also, I'd like to request name correction.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have the cancellation of the expired loan check information you have requested. However, you may wish to contact  SSS Member Relations at member_relations @sss.gov.ph.
