Hi! I would like to know the delivery time frame of calamity loan check. I applied on June 20 and I already received a text on July 2 saying that it was already approved and I checked the status online,  status shows, "check generated", up until now, I still haven't received my check.

Response to Request

Under normal circumstances, loan checks are delivered by the PhilPost within 5 to 10 working days from their receipt, depending on the location of delivery.
However, due to strict quarantine restrictions during the time of your query, loan checks are delivered later than usual. You may retrieve information regarding your loan by accessing your My.SSS account on the SSS website.

Your right to request a review

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
