Hi! This is Joyce Ruelan Rodriguez SS Number: 34-8691230-8

I would like to request for immediate cancellation of my SSS Salary Loan, it is still under certification. I submitted my application through the web and I was not given the Loan Disclosure due to an error and now I can't get it to submit to my company which would eventually reject my application. I'm trying to cancel the application now and plan to reapply using the mobile app. If there's any way to expedite the cancellation, kindly help.
