Hi! I would like to ask how long to process the sickness benefits and Ec Claimed for employees who got COVID19?

My employer has already submitted my sss notification thru online last August 2021 and the hard copies was already submitted to sss office last Sept. 24 , 2021.  I would like also to know how will I know the status of my sickness benefits?

I hope to get response from your office soon.
