Hello dear SSS, 
I humbly ask for assistance with my sss sickness claims filled at sss pioneer
SSS no. 3459607103. Charles Adrian R Galang. Employed under Prestige Hotels and Resorts Inc. EC SSS Medical Reinbursement filled online.
I was sent home March 23,2021 due to high fever. Later on diagnosed and confined in Assumption Antipolo April 1-10 for covid 19 with mild pneumonia. Bills and charges were off the roof of 400k. I was hoping that these claims might aid me to pay those I have indebted to. My family relatives and friends that help me stay alive of covid.

I only got back from work June 27. After 2 months recuperation and quarantine. We still also have skeletal schedule as we are in operations. I filled my claims September end. EC medical reinbursement was sent back a week ago by sss pioneer branch pasig saying it needs to be filled by our HR online with their account. Then my 3 other claims remain in sss pioneer. SSS Sickness notification / SSS sickness Reinbursement / EC SSS sickness benefit. I was hoping I could follow it up for it will help me get back on track by repaying those I’ve indebted to and recovering not only in health but with my finances because covid struck me hard. All attachments tests / medical abstract / findings / doctors evaluation are included in my forms. You can check.
